This live performance explores the issues of culture and identity within
the black experience through dance, spoken word and poetry, skits,
stepping and song. Created in 2003 by Kwapi Vengesayi at the University
of Idaho, the show has had success throughout the Northwest as a way to
build bridges with surrounding communities and has allowed the diversity
within that same culture to inspire a sense of community within
