Called a “Living Energy Drink” by the Idaho Press Tribune, Troy McClain focuses on growing people and businesses to great heights in his role as CEO of AXS Consulting / ALL AXS. He has spearheaded a number of startup, turnaround and growth companies. An international speaker, he has collaborated with the top names in business, including Warren Buffet, and has toured with Tony Robbins, Mark Victor Hansen (of Chicken Soup for the Soul) and many other influential leaders, athletes and entertainers.

Troy lives in Boise, Idaho, with his wife, Crystal. He is the guardian of his special needs, adopted sister, DoraLynn, who he affectionately calls “Kid Sis.”

We forget just how special the littlest sounds truly are. The sound of leaves blowing in the wind or birds chirping in the trees. At first glance it may not mean much to those who possess the sense of hearing but to those who don’t it would be life changing.
I’ve always held the belief that in order to get ahead you must give back. Giving back to the special needs community is something that I am very passionate about.Through his dedication to DoraLynn, Troy set about to teach others how he learned from the adaptations she and other people with disabilities make to have more successful lives with very special challenges, he told the Idaho Press Tribune. Those strengths, he says, can help anyone. "She's the one who taught me how to listen; non-verbal communication skills," Troy recalls. "It's how to read people who are saying no but really saying yes and vice versa. It transcends beyond the secrets of Donald Trump and Bill Gates."
