Called a “Living Energy Drink” by the Idaho Press Tribune, the nation was introduced to Troy McClain on Donald Trump’s hit TV show The Apprentice. He was selected as a finalist from 250,000 applicants and rode his underdog status all the way to the final four. Neal J. Powless
Neal J. Powless, MS, NCC, and a PhD Fellowship at Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, is a traditional member of the Onondaga Nation and Eel Clan. As a Co-Producer for the Major Motion Picture Crooked Arrows, Mr. Powless was also responsible for Native story line development, cultural sensitivity and procuring financial investments. He co-produced the NY Emmy Nominated "Game of Life; Heart and Soul of the Onondaga," a short documentary about the cultural origins of the game of lacrosse, and has also collaborated with ESPN on multiple film projects. Mr. Powless has hosted a variety radio show, KREZ radio on the Hill, at Syracuse University.
Mr. Powless is currently the Head Coach for the Netherlands National Lacrosse team, which competed in the 2014 World Lacrosse Championship in Denver and will compete in the 2016 European Lacrosse Championship in Hungary. He is the owner of Syracuse Stingers lacrosse franchise which hosts lacrosse training camps and exhibition games. Mr. Powless also serves on the Board of Directors for the non-profit, There and Back, which provides motivational speeches about drug and alcohol awareness for high school and college sports teams.
Mr. Powless is three-time All-American lacrosse player at Nazareth College before being drafted by the professional lacrosse team the Rochester Knighthawks that lead to a seven-year career in the National Lacrosse League. He also played for the Iroquois Nationals in six World Lacrosse Championships, made the tournament's All-World Team as an Attackman in 2002, and won a Silver medal in the 2003 World Indoor Lacrosse Championships. Mr. Powless has won a total of five Professional and National Championships in his career and was inducted into the Nazareth College Sports Hall of Fame in 2009.
Mr. Powless has taught and presented courses across the country for nearly 20 years about Indigenous culture and value systems. He has formerly served on Syracuse University's Office of Multicultural Affairs and Career Services. Mr. Powless has a Masters in Counseling from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Nazareth College. He resides in Upstate New York with his wife, Michelle Schenandoah-Powless.

Michelle Schenandoah-Powless – Michelle D. Schenandoah is a member of the Oneida Indian Nation of New York and a wolf clan member. She is the daughter to Oneida Nation Faithkeeper, Diane Schenandoah, and granddaughter to the late Oneida Nation Wolf Clan Mother, Maisie Shenandoah.
Ms. Schenandoah has served as a business development consultant to corporations, higher educational institutions and individuals. Michelle lived and worked in New York City for 12 years, where she focused her professional and academic endeavors building the expertise to serve the greater good of the world in a meaningful and impactful way. With an emphasis in corporate and tax law, Michelle has also integrated American Indian law and policy into her academic career at New York Law School.
Schenandoah was a founding member and Chief Operating Officer for Pervasive Learning Solutions (PLS), a global project management and leadership training company located in New York, NY. She has provided business development and consultative sales services to Fortune 500 companies and directed the global operations for training provider, International Institute for Learning in NY. Michelle has also worked for the non-profit organization, the American Indian College Fund in NY, where she conducted grant writing, product development, marketing and sales to raise scholarships for tribal college students.
Michelle also has over fifteen years experience in marketing and sales of Native American arts and music in the global marketplace. She ran her own agency that provided support to Native American artists and event planning for corporate cultural awareness programs. She was an advisor to the Native American Technology Journey that selected technology-based community projects to receive funding, and served on the Board of Directors for the Native American Music Association (NAMMY’s) that helped establish the Native American music category in the Grammy Awards.
Having worked with spiritual healers and visionaries throughout the years, Michelle has also completed two integrated programs with Sheila Applegate to incorporate Spirit into all aspects of her life. Her life’s journey is just beginning.

Frank White is the founder of F.A. White & Associate and Frank White International, originally founded in 1985 in San Francisco, California. Frank became a Forum Master Trainer and Coach 1989. He was a Founding Member of Impact International Association of Consultants, Trainers and Coaches and is a member of National Association of Accountants.
Frank successfully opened or assisted in the opening of over 400 businesses in 14 industries throughout the United States and Asia. He has trained and coached over 2,000 executives, managers and entrepreneurs as well as trained over 10,000 sales people, sales leaders and sales managers in a variety of industries.
As a nationally recognized and sought after Motivational Speaker and Trainer, Frank has a national reputation for business turn-arounds as well new business start-ups. Frank’s programs include workshops, paid master mind groups, and seminars that include sales training, management development, leadership training, sales performance, excellence, motivational management and leadership as well as customized workshops. With a diverse background on Wall Street and as a global tech entrepreneur in more than a dozen businesses, David has a unique perspective and deep experience investing, raising investment capital, valuations, technology innovation, and early stage growth companies.
After graduating from Columbia University in the city of New York, he took a unique route as an options trader in commodities at the leading options firm in the world and later as a bond trader in the high yield and emerging markets at Credit Suisse First Boston, establishing a deep foundation in valuation and the capital markets along the way.
Later his Wall Street experience included managing 27 global technology projects for Citigroup. Following his heart into an early stage software company, he left Citi to help lead Orchestria to three years on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 in the New York Tri-State area, growing the company to a $400+ million valuation, and eventually getting to a sale to Computer Associates (CA). In 2009, David joined Troy McClain in Boise, ID on several projects, including becoming a founder of FieldSync Mobile Solutions for which David was named 2013 Innovator of the Year in 2013. With several other successful startups, turnarounds, and exits under his belt, he is most at home in early stage, high growth companies, often investing in and mentoring other entrepreneurs. David resides in Boise with his beautiful wife and three children.
